Wine Tasting Workshops

Know your wine & ensure the development of sales for your establishment.
Knowing wine and developing sales.

Workshop objectives

  • Unravel the often complicated wine speak by integrating key references.
Acquire simple and precise vocabulary that can be understood by everyone.
  • Feel comfortable making a good choice of wine based on your acquired knowledge.
  • Make your wine menu attractive and develop sales.
  • Acquire the basic notions of food and wine pairing.

The aim of the workshop is to help anyone working in the restaurant trade, bars, wine shops, beverage distribution… to become familiar with the knowledge and subtleties of wine tasting.

The skills required by each of our wine experts.

We only work with Wine Specialists. Their specificity is based on their long experience in the wine environment: tasters, wine producers, professionals working in the high hotels and restaurants industry and wine merchants all with strong, solid experience.

They are able to transmit their know-how to others and adapt that knowledge to their public.

The workshop alternates between active presentations, role-play tasting situations and group work
